Tangas is a pension with a bar, and could perhaps be one of the better locations on this side of town if they would just turn down the volume on the music.

It’s easy to recognize as it is just next to the Nicole’s, which is a high priced night club. Tangas opens in the afternoon, but sees more action after 6pm.

A beer runs about $2, however girl drinks cost between $4 and $6. The price for a half hour of sex in the pension upstairs is less than $20.

The location is in a bit doggy section of town on the north side of Zonja Roja, however it is reasonably safe to walk to at night if you take a route that avoids both the central market and Dominican sector. Tangas is just a block west of Bella Mansion.
