Maison II is recognizable by the name scrawled across the glass window. The door is locked, but the receptionist will trigger the lock if she likes how you look.
While the quality of girls is not always the best some reports suggest that the occasional hot chica can be found waiting in the reception.

The location is just a block south of Camerun and opposite La Gaviota on Calle 4 in the Parque Central section of San Jose.

Yawn. rooms are horrible. selection is ok. Worth looking in, but one and done for me.
